Delivering and returning the beauty of traditional stained glass to Churches, Synagogues, Businesses and Homes, Private Collections Regina Carmine received her training in the 1980s as an apprentice to glass master Leonids Linauts. Linauts had been trained - prior to World War II - in Riga Latvia in techniques passed down through the centuries. As an apprentice to this master, Regina became a master designer, painter & glazier using the same time honored techniques that have been used since medieval times. She has taught and lectured about this largely anonymous ancient art. The focus of late is repair and proper restoration of existing windows as well as historically accurate reproductions of medieval cathedral windows.
